Incedo, a Bay area headquartered technology solutions firm specializing in digital, data and analytics announced that it has expanded its Digital and Analytics team with the addition of two strategic hires – Pratul Chopra, SVP and Head of Digital and Analytics and Shubhasheesh Anand, SVP and Head of Analytics Products and Master Data Scientist. Hiring Chopra and Anand is the latest step in Incedo’s endeavor to build end-to-end digital capabilities ranging from consulting to data science, engineering and operations execution that cut across organizational boundaries and deliver tangible business outcomes.

Chopra joins Incedo with nearly 20 years of cross-functional expertise spanning analytics, customer experience and design, strategy and technology functions. Prior to joining Incedo he served as the head of Strategy Deployment and Customer Experience Design at Flipkart. In previous roles he launched a startup venture, iShareRyde and held multiple leadership roles at Fidelity Investments and HCL Technologies.

A veteran technology leader with more than 25 years of experience working on a variety of consumer Internet business models, Anand specializes in large-scale data and analytics, advertising and marketplaces, product leadership and data driven business optimization. In earlier roles, Anand developed e-commerce, advertising and predictive analytics products at companies ranging from startups to more established players like Groupon. Anand also spent significant time at Yahoo! in diverse roles in advertising technology and data engineering.
